Your major is a significant part of your academic experience at SOU, so we encourage you to select a program that is a good fit for your interests, skills, values, and goals. Keep in mind, though, that what you learn in your major will be complemented by your other coursework, certificates, internships, study abroad experiences, and extracurriculars. What’s more, every SOU major teaches you to think critically and creatively, perform research effectively, and communicate your ideas clearly — skills that will serve you well whatever your path after graduation.
